Natural ingredients contained in the preparation, and especially content of the sodium chloride, as well as iodides and metaboric acid enriched with active compounds of sage (catechin tannins, phenolic acids) inhibits growth of bacteria and fungi, reveal cleaning action, bactericidal action, astringent action and anti-inflammatory action for oral and pharyngeal mucosa, and compounds of manganese and calcium reveal anti-allergic action. Complex action of the preparation allows maintaining the mucosa in normal physiological condition.
